All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and the time of day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We cannot predict what these charges might be, and Ferment It is not responsible for these additional costs.
Due to the nature of our glass products, we may be unable to ship to certain locations. Additionally, some countries have import restrictions on certain types of products. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received:
While we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will work with you to ensure you receive your order or provide appropriate compensation.
If your item arrives damaged:
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
